These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdkk platform and all its services. By accessing the bdkk website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Each person may create only one account on bdkk. Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Accurate and complete personal information must be provided when creating an account. bdkk reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdkk is ৳300. Deposits can be made through Bangladesh's common payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, accounts at major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted.

Deposited funds are accepted only from payment methods operated in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Please note: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure the wagering requirement for any active bonus has been met.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

bdkk adheres to the highest financial security standards. Suspicious financial transactions, unusually large deposits, or withdrawals may require additional verification. Accounts linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be permanently closed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdkk will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applies, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 wagered makes the bonus withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

A bonus is applicable only once per account
Bonuses are valid for a set period — refer to the terms of the specific offer
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete
bdkk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found
Each promotional offer may have its own additional terms
bdkk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time

Please note: bdkk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity.

Fair Play & Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdkk is committed to ensuring fair play. All games offered on the platform are operated by certified technology providers. If any user attempts to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

Being found to be a minor
Suspicious financial transactions or involvement in money laundering

9.2 Account Closure by the User

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and bdkk. These Terms supersede all previous oral or written agreements.

11.3 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.

11.4 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of a conflict with any translation in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
